The performance art work accelerator/acelerador explored the essence of video projection and performance art in relation to representations of time and the body, the vulnerability of imperfection, the meaning of the traumatic event, the negotiation of architectural space, and a gendered appropriation of the framework of the projected image.  The performance took place in a reconstructed molasses tank that is the outdoor exhibition space of the Museo de Arte Contemporaneo.
